These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI dispatcher services provided by Select IT Solutions LLC ("Select IT Pro," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing a Service Agreement or accessing our platform, you agree to these Terms.
Select IT Pro provides AI-powered call handling, dispatch routing, SMS notification, and CRM logging services for business clients. Specific services are defined in the applicable Service Agreement between Select IT Pro and the client.
Our services are available to legally operating businesses only. By using our services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
As a client, you agree to:
All SMS notifications sent through Select IT Pro's platform are transactional and operational in nature — relating exclusively to real-time job dispatch alerts, callback requests, and service confirmations. Select IT Pro does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages and does not send messages on behalf of third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS consent is voluntary and not a condition of service. Opting into SMS notifications is separate from and independent of the service agreement. Business clients who wish to receive SMS dispatch alerts provide explicit standalone consent during onboarding. This consent is specific to operational notifications from Select IT Pro and is not bundled with or required by any other service term.
No mobile opt-in data or SMS consent information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Service fees are as described in your Service Agreement. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.
All software, workflows, AI configurations, and platform tools provided by Select IT Pro remain the intellectual property of Select IT Solutions LLC. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform during the subscription term. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any component of our services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of the service relationship. This includes pricing, system architecture, client data, and business strategies.
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes. We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those stated in your Service Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Select IT Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Loudoun County, Virginia.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify active clients of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance.
