1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information through our services:

• Business contact information — name, business name, email address, and phone number provided during onboarding.
• Call data — summaries, transcripts, and metadata from AI-handled calls (caller name, phone number, service request details).
• SMS delivery data — phone numbers used to send and receive dispatch notifications.
• Usage data — scenario execution logs, portal activity, and system performance metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to deliver and improve our AI dispatcher services, including:

• Routing inbound calls and sending dispatch notifications via SMS
• Logging call records and appointment data in your CRM
• Providing access to your client portal and reporting dashboard
• Communicating with you about your account and service updates

3. No Sale or Marketing Use of Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected through our SMS dispatch system are never shared with advertisers or used for promotional campaigns.

No mobile opt-in information or SMS messaging consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent data is used solely to deliver the transactional operational notifications described in this policy.

4. SMS Messaging & Consent

Our services send transactional text messages from each client business's own dispatcher number, in that business's name. No marketing or promotional content is ever sent. Three groups receive them:

• The business owner receives job alerts and callback requests. The owner gives explicit, standalone consent by checking a distinct, unchecked-by-default opt-in box during onboarding, separate from and not bundled with acceptance of the service agreement. Opting in is not a condition of using Select IT Pro's services.
• The business's technicians receive texts about the jobs assigned to them. The owner adds each technician only after confirming that technician has agreed to receive job texts, and that confirmation is recorded with its date.
• The business's customers receive texts about their own appointments only: confirmation, reschedule and cancellation notices, a day-of reminder, and occasionally an offer to move a visit to a nearby time. A customer opts in on the phone call they place to the business, by giving the number where they want to be reached after being told a confirmation text will follow. Each business also publishes its own texting privacy policy and terms.

Every message names the business it comes from and says "Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Anyone may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@selectitpro.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use industry-standard platforms to operate our services, including cloud voice infrastructure, workflow automation, SMS gateways, and database tools. These providers process data solely to fulfill service functions and are contractually bound to protect your information.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and report any suspected unauthorized access promptly.

7. Data Retention

We retain call logs, SMS records, and appointment data for as long as your service subscription is active, plus 12 months thereafter, unless a shorter retention period is requested or required by law.

Requests sent through our website (demo, quote, contact and waitlist requests) are kept while we are in touch with you and deleted after 12 months without activity, or 90 days after we agree the service is not a fit. Messages we identify as spam are deleted after 30 days. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at support@selectitpro.com.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for business use and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
