3. No Sale or Marketing Use of Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected through our SMS dispatch system are never shared with advertisers or used for promotional campaigns.

No mobile opt-in information or SMS messaging consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent data is used solely to deliver the transactional operational notifications described in this policy.

4. SMS Messaging & Consent

Our services send transactional SMS notifications (job dispatch alerts, callback requests, and service confirmations) solely to the enrolled business owner — the single point of contact who opts in during onboarding. We do not send SMS to any other staff member, employee, or customer of the business. These messages are strictly operational — no marketing or promotional content is ever sent via this channel.

Consent is voluntary and independent. SMS opt-in is not a required condition for using Select IT Pro's services. The business owner provides explicit, standalone consent to receive SMS notifications by checking a distinct, unchecked-by-default opt-in field during onboarding — separate from and not bundled with acceptance of the service agreement. The business owner may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at selectitpros@gmail.com. Message frequency varies based on call volume. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use industry-standard platforms to operate our services, including cloud voice infrastructure, workflow automation, SMS gateways, and database tools. These providers process data solely to fulfill service functions and are contractually bound to protect your information.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and report any suspected unauthorized access promptly.
